Bug Description:

When a unit is powered on and placed on the powered charging dock, it should display a white or green light to indicate its charging status. In rare cases, units may not display this charging light.

The unit will continue to charge, and it will detect the charging dock when you try to start an Impact update.

When does it occur?

This bug affects a small percentage of units and usually occurs every time you dock an affected unit.

Temporary Workaround:

1. Functions that require you to dock the unit – charging, and running Impact updates – are not affected. You can still view the charge level in the Launcher to know that the unit is charging.

2. In some cases, the issue may be corrected by undocking the unit then docking it again.
