Bug Description:


Units will connect to the dongle a few seconds after they are turned on. Sometimes the connection will fail, with the unit and dongle’s lights continuing to breathe purple indefinitely.

When does it occur?


This is a common issue with the factory firmware. It will not occur after installing the latest Impact updates.

Temporary Workaround:


  1. Unplug the dongle and plug it back in again. Wait for all units to connect, then resume setup.

  2. If any unit will still not connect after 10 seconds, reset it by holding the power button and releasing it after 15 seconds.
