Units may crash and become stuck on a red flashing light.

Bug Description:

The unit stops working and continuously displays a flashing red light. It won’t connect to the dongle and doesn’t respond to button presses.

When does it occur?

This is a very rare issue in the units running the factory firmware. It can occur randomly during use.

Temporary Workaround:

1. Leave the unit to discharge completely. This may take several hours depending on the battery level.

2. Recharge the unit for 1 hour.

3. Turn it on again by holding the power button for 15 seconds, then rerun the setup.

4. Once you have installed the latest Impact update, this issue won’t occur anymore.
