Quell is on a mission to make fitness gaming incredible. Our launch title lets you get fit fighting, running, leaping and dodging your way through an unforgettable fantasy world. We’ve built a game-changing wearable device which adds resistance, powerful haptics and motion tracking to the player’s actions without the need for a VR set-up.

The market is massive; our pre-launch marketing has already generated $1.5m in preorder revenue. We’ve secured over $15m in funding from top-tier VCs and angels, including Khosla Ventures and the founders of Twitch.


  • Lead your team with creativity, vision, and a laser-focus on delivering a truly incredible, sector-redefining game
  • Make it easy for your team(s) and stakeholders to contribute and stay informed
  • Empower your team to do their best work without friction or delay
  • Complete regular sanity tests of every feature in the game; especially ahead of a release.
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches to present to relevant inhouse teams.

  • Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will lead the implementation of the company’s creative strategy across social channels and any other opportunities to activate.
  • Creating, developing, and designing concepts primarily for use on our social media platforms and other marketing channels.
  • Research and use your design experience to guide design development for relevant platforms
  • Producing artwork to fulfil requirements for marketing materials
  • Actively contribute to branding/design meetings by brainstorming new exciting design ideas and concepts, sometimes providing content for presentations to be used in meetings
  • Ensure all marketing materials are industry compliant taking responsibility for maintaining the knowledge and understanding requirements across all marketing communications and materials
  • Continue to learn and grow alongside a passionate and talented team, in a studio building cutting edge tech and genre defining gameplay
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard while pushing the boundaries on the creative visuals
  • Acting as a brand guardian and ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and is delivered in the appropriate tone of voice with high levels of accuracy.
  • Undertake training and product demonstrations to gain a full understanding of our products and range

    A passionate creative who understands core design principles across a number of design disciplines. You can communicate effectively and enjoy working in a team environment.

    You will also have:

  • Entry level ideally with a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience within a creative role would be advantageous
  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Innovative and Creative thinker – Must have strong creative skills and understanding of brand guidelines
  • Detailed knowledge of design, layouts, colour, artwork, print, production, brochure design, websites and other digital media.
  • Competent user of Adobe creative suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)
  • Experience using video editing software and after effects would be advantageous
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
  • Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your work/role
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, whilst adhering to budgets
  • Have a keen interest in social media, and trends in design/designing programmes
  • Attention to detail – proof reading material
