Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches to present to relevant inhouse teams.
Reporting to our VP Marketing, you will lead the implementation of the company’s creative strategy across social channels and any other opportunities to activate.
Creating, developing, and designing concepts primarily for use on our social media platforms and other marketing channels.
Research and use your design experience to guide design development for relevant platforms
Producing artwork to fulfil requirements for marketing materials
Actively contribute to branding/design meetings by brainstorming new exciting design ideas and concepts, sometimes providing content for presentations to be used in meetings
Ensure all marketing materials are industry compliant taking responsibility for maintaining the knowledge and understanding requirements across all marketing communications and materials
Continue to learn and grow alongside a passionate and talented team, in a studio building cutting edge tech and genre defining gameplay
Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard while pushing the boundaries on the creative visuals
Acting as a brand guardian and ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and is delivered in the appropriate tone of voice with high levels of accuracy.
Undertake training and product demonstrations to gain a full understanding of our products and range
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
A passionate creative who understands core design principles across a number of design disciplines. You can communicate effectively and enjoy working in a team environment.
You will also have:
Entry level ideally with a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience within a creative role would be advantageous
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
Innovative and Creative thinker – Must have strong creative skills and understanding of brand guidelines
Detailed knowledge of design, layouts, colour, artwork, print, production, brochure design, websites and other digital media.
Competent user of Adobe creative suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)
Experience using video editing software and after effects would be advantageous
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your work/role
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, whilst adhering to budgets
Have a keen interest in social media, and trends in design/designing programmes
Attention to detail – proof reading material
Interest in fitness
