Quell is on a mission to make fitness gaming incredible. Our launch title lets you get fit fighting, running, leaping and dodging your way through an unforgettable fantasy world. We’ve built a game-changing wearable device which adds resistance, powerful haptics and motion tracking to the player’s actions without the need for a VR set-up.

The market is massive; our pre-launch marketing has already generated $1.5m in preorder revenue. We’ve secured over $15m in funding from top-tier VCs and angels, including Khosla Ventures and the founders of Twitch.


  • Work with the COO and Supply Chain Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our first ever product, the Quell Impact wearable, to our users.
  • Set up our logistics for long-term success, ensuring scalability.
  • Manage our end-to-end logistics efforts, ensuring we operate fast, efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Work with the COO and Supply Chain manager to establish our logistics launch strategy. Ensure our first users get their units as soon as possible.
  • Manage all logistics, including pick&pack, fulfilment, warehousing, stock management, returns etc.
  • Ensure ability to meet all regulatory and/or legislative requirements governing the import and export of goods in our target markets.
  • Achieve maximum cost efficiency without compromising lead times and stock availability.
  • Ensure logistics strategy accommodates the company’s post-launch growth plans.
  • Work with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure our retail strategy is optimised from a logistics perspective.
  • Work with Ecommerce and Customer Success Lead to manage customer requests, returns etc.

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain management or Logistics management in hardware products.
  • Experience in end-to-end logistics with a product shipping internationally.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and high proficiency in logistics planning in Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and quickly when faced with competing priorities and timescales.
  • Up to date and familiar with the latest logistics technologies and trends.
  • Data-driven decision-maker, quickly able to analyse problems and find solutions.
  • Keen to join a young, dynamic start-up and actively participate in our culture.

  • Experience with typical crowdfunding fulfilment methods.
  • Experience working in early stage start-ups.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
