Quell Referrals

The referral program uses US Dollars as the default currency. But don't worry, if you're not located in the US the discount code and cash rebate will still be applied in the relevant local currency. For example, if you're located in the EU, your friend will receive a discount of c.€37 on their order (based on the exchange rate today) and you will receive a PayPal payment of $40 USD, which you can then withdraw in your currency of preference.

You will receive your cash payment 30 days after your friends order is delivered. If your friend returns their order within the 30 day holding period, you will no longer be eligible for a cash payment. Your friends discount is active immediately once you share your custom referral link.

You will receive your in-game skin 30 days after your friend's order is delivered. If your friend returns their order within the 30 day holding period then the skin will not be applied to your account.

Cash payments are paid out via PayPal to the email that your Quell account is registered under.

- If you use the same email address for both your Quell and PayPal accounts your cash payments will be automatically deposited.

- If you have a PayPal account under a different email address you will receive a Payment link from PayPal. You will be required to add the email address to your existing PayPal account to accept the payment.

- If you do not have a PayPal account, you will receive a payment link to your email. To accept the payment link you'll be required to open a free PayPal account where you can then withdraw the funds to your bank account.

Please contact Quell customer service directly (support@playquell.com). The team will investigate the issue and if appropriate we will manually credit the referral to your account. Please be sure to include:

- Name of your referral
- Email address of your referral
- Any other information that might be relevant

Please check your email for your referral program invite from community@playquell.com. This program is not available to everyone. Within the email you'll find a link to login or sign up to the referral portal. You can also access your portal using the login above.
